January 29, 1927: on a Saturday, Edward and Jillian promised themselves to one another. Was it snowy? Was there a big crowd or a quiet ceremony? What joys and challenges did that year and many others after it hold for them?

A beautiful platinum band that was clearly well-loved, evidenced by the worn orange blossom eternity engraving. While the tradition of gifting orange blossoms for a wedding reaches back to Greek and Roman mythology, naturally it was Queen Victoria who reignited the craze when she wore a wreath of orange blossoms in her wedding to Prince Albert. The flower has been said to represent fertility for its association with bearing fruit, purity for its white blossoms, and eternal love for its source on an evergreen tree. As such it was a well-loved motif for engraved and die-struck wedding bands, particularly in the Art Deco period, and continues to be used today to give modern jewelry a vintage feel. Inside, the engraving "From Edward to Jillian Jan 29 1927".

A beautiful piece ready to be loved once again, whether as a wedding band or an easy and classic stacking ring, or the one perfect piece you reach for every day.
