A classic Edwardian style with finely milgrained platinum detail on a yellow gold mount, this trilogy ring features three old cut diamonds each in fine bezel setting on a slim band. Three stone rings have long been enjoyed for their pleasant aesthetic effect, and are widely used to represent relationships, with each stone standing in for past, present, and future. We also love to see them being used to represent personal growth and accomplishments outside of romantic endeavours.

Very good antique condition with wear in line with previous use. It is possible that one side diamond is a replacement as the rounder old Euro isn't quite a match for the more cushion-shaped old miners in the center and to the other side, but the settings look to be bespoke for each stone so it's more likely it was made from diamonds that were available (either belonging to the client or on the goldsmith's bench), which was more common at the time.
