Stunning Vintage Turquoise Scarab Ring

This bright and breathtaking ring - part of the late mid century Egyptian revival - features a vivid turquoise carved as a scarab set in high karat gold. The scarab (a dung beetle!) was revered in ancient Egypt as representing the cycle of rebirth - a symbol of immortality, of transformation, and of resurrection. We love the aesthetic, but we also love the idea of this powerful motif reminding us that through change we continue on day after day.
Good vintage condition with reasonable wear to gold and stone.
